
Working as part of Converse’s design leadership team, I partnered with their Insights Director to develop a new approach to consumer & trend insights company-wide. We interviewed consumers aged 16-22 in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, London, and Beijing.
We developed a methodology for these insights that would create a body of work over time. We rolled the work out company-wide with a quarterly trend journal and an immersive consumer room build-out.
